I met Dr. McCusker 10 years ago. She was warm and welcoming when she entered the treatment room. I was comfortable immediately and felt as if we had been friends for years. I was referred to her for an evaluation of a painful lesion on my face. She quickly identified the lesion, explained how it developed and assured me everything could be resolved. She then reviewed and offered a couple of different treatment options. After choosing which was right for me, she performed a simple and painless procedure, ultimately eliminating the problem. Being a physican myself, I know a good doctor when I see one. Meagen McCusker, I would say, is an amazing physican and one of the best ones out there.
After calling around for an appointment and unable to find anything sooner then 6 months I was frustrated until I called Integrated Dermatology. After I explained why I needed to be seen and hopefully soon, I was put one hold. Appearently while I was on hold she went and asked one of the providers if they were willing to stay late so I could be seen. Everyone in this office genuinely cares about the patients, from the receptionists, to the assistant who brought me into the room and most importantly the provider I saw. Yes, they were running a little behind (20 minutes) when I got there but, it was 100% worth the wait!! I never felt rushed even though they stayed late to see me and always felt as if they are listening and care which is rare in most instances, in my exerience at least.
